Privacy policy

A1 Studio is a video service run by A1 Automate Now. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect

• From Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile photo.
• Your business profile: the answers you give during setup.
• The footage you upload, and the videos we make from it.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe. We don't store your card number.

Why we collect it

To make your videos and post them to your channels, and to contact you about your account.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the service:

• Google, for sign-in and for posting to YouTube.
• Stripe, for payments.
• AI providers that process scripts and voiceovers.

We don't sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your account details and videos while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data, except records we have to keep for payments and tax.

Deleting your data

Email kenneth@a1automatenow.com and we'll delete your account, profile and footage.
